Moral Judgement Training for directors
The Moral Judgement Training for Directors (MJT) highlights the importance of moral leadership.
This training is spread over 2 mornings: Monday 25 and Tuesday 26 September 2023, from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm.
There are two sides to an organisation’s integrity policy: compliance practice and moral learning. With the first, we prevent and deal with violations in this area. With the moral learning process, we answer questions such as: are we doing the right things? And how do we deal with ethical dilemmas?
The Moral Judgement Training for Directors (MJT) highlights the importance of moral leadership. The training provides participants with a practical method for acting morally right in complex situations and being able to account for their decisions. The training works with important, difficult and/or questionable issues that participants bring. Be prepared to do a little homework before the training.
After the training, you can introduce moral deliberation within your own organisation. In this way, you will gradually work towards an organisation with integrity. The dilemmas discussed during a moral deliberation are a solid starting point for (re)formulating basic principles, working agreements and codes of conduct.
Moral Judgement Training for all employees
Besides the MJT for directors, we also organise regular MJTs for all employees. This a great opportunity to make talking about moral dilemmas accessible to your whole organisation. In the Partos calendar, you can see when these training sessions are organised.
